Anthony Fadaka holds a first degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife, Nigeria, and a Master of Business Administration from Coventry University, UK and attended leadership and Top Executive trainings at the University of Manchester, UK; University of Pittsburg, USA and at the American University of Shajar, UAE. Mr. Fadaka, a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Administration worked at various times as a Commercial, Cost Control, and Sales Personnel, as well as Procurement/Sourcing Administrator, and has been in general management for many years with vast knowledge of working operations of various economic sectors. His working career started as a Commercial Officer with Setraco Nigeria Ltd in the early 90s, before moving to Atlas Petroleum International Ltd, Lagos as Administration Manager in 1995 and then joined Nigerian Telephony and Telecommunications Incorporated (NITTI) as Deputy Manager, Commercial, in 1998; and was later elevated to the position of Manager, National & Long Distance Services in 2000. In September 2003, he joined Projects Direct Nigeria Ltd as Executive Director Operations, a position he held till January 2011 when he was appointed Director, Membership Services, by the Institute of Directors Nigeria, and appointed Acting Director General/CEO in 2013, a position he held till 2014 when the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) appointed him Deputy Registrar, and subsequently, Registrar in 2016. Mr. Fadaka was a Member of a familiarization team from Nigeria to British Telecoms’ facilities in England to study VSAT operations, and a Member of the study group that reviewed the prospect of a Triple-Play telecom network in Nigeria. He was also a Board Member of the defunct West African Broad Band Services Ltd, and a Member of Comm-Afrique’s bid committee for the Nigerian Second National Career. He was Nigeria’s pioneer representative at the African Corporate Governance Network. He is widely traveled, and his hobbies include playing chess and general reading. He is married with children.

He is an accomplished management trainer who has packaged and delivered many high impact training activities, helping thousands of business professionals and employees to learn practical management skills and explore the best practices of world-class organizations.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and a Master’s Degree in Finance. He is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria; Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered); Member, Nigerian Institute of Training and Development, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He is an Alumnus of Lagos Business School and Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, UK.
He has over 17 years’ managerial experience garnered from working for various organizations including Zenith Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Great Brands Nigeria Ltd, Emerging Capital Ltd, and presently Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).
He is happily married and loves using creative techniques to motivate trainees to embrace new concepts and strive for personal and organizational excellence.
W.A. Sikiru holds upper credit in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Lagos State University. He is a member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), Fellow, Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and he has attended several courses and workshops in various aspects.
He started his professional working career with Yaba College of Technology between 1988 – 1991 as an Auditor before joining Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) in 1991. Mr. Sikiru was the former Financial Controller of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) before assuming the post of Deputy Director, Internal Audit & Control at the Institute. He is presently, the Director of Finance and Investment.
This experienced certified Accountant who is a recipient of 2001 Presidential Award of the Institute is happily married and blessed with children.
