On Thursday, 24th April 2025, the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), led by the President and Chairman of Council, Commodore Abimbola Ayuba (Rtd.), FNIM, fda, admitted a total of 477 members at the membership induction ceremony held at the LCCI Conference Centre, Alausa, Ikeja.

2025 YOUNG MANAGERS COMPETITION – CALL FOR APPLICATION

The Young Managers Competition (YMC) provides a platform for young managers, aged 25 – 40 to demonstrate their expertise, experience, creativity, and managerial skills. Since its inception in 1974, many winners of the competition have gone on to assume significant roles in some of the leading conglomerates in the country.

Theme: ESG Leadership: Role of Young Managers in Building a Sustainable Nigeria.

Please be on the lookout as NIM will announce the date for the online academic evaluation that will be a component of the competition’s first-round finalist selection process, shortly. 

The competition will hold in the six (6) NIM Zones nationwide, while the Grand Finale is scheduled for 7-9 October 2025 in Lagos.
