It serves as a compelling call to action to dismantle systemic barriers and biases that continue to impede women’s advancement across all spheres of life. 

At the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), we proudly stand at the forefront of this advocacy. Our flagship Women in Management & Leadership (WIMLEAD) Conference exemplifies this commitment, providing a dynamic platform for actionable learning, strategic networking, and transformational engagement. Through insightful sessions led by accomplished female leaders across diverse sectors, WIMLEAD continues to inspire, empower, and equip women to lead with confidence and impact. We are delighted to note that this year’s edition promises to be even more impactful, reflecting our unwavering dedication to fostering environments where women can truly thrive.
